What is Jaqueline wilson's new book Emerald star about?

It is the third book in the series of Hetty feather. Its about a victorian girl called sapphire battersea who lived in the foundling hospital but was sent to be a maid. That was in sapphire battersea which was book 2 but i dont know what book 3 will be about.
