If you have two members of staff who are not working together and other team members have approached you to complain about this how would you deal with the situation?

Interview both parties individually to ascertain grievances. Then arbitate in a meeting between the two of them to try and resolve their differences. At either stage you can decide to retain, divide or dismiss either or both.
