Seine River Is there a time of year when the locks on the river have a problem with water height for river cruises?

Most of the river cruises on the Seine, and all of those in Paris, do't go through locks. In the Spring, however, the Seine occasinally rises so high that the cruise boats can't gety under the bridges.
