How do you get refund from priceline?

If using Name Your Own Price, it is very difficult to get a refund from Priceline but on very rare cases, it does happen. Since reservations cannot be changed or cancelled, you need to demonstrate that Priceline or the hotel / airline did not deliver what you purchased. E.g., the hotel was closed and you had to stay somewhere else; the flight was cancelled, etc.
