What are the Spoke torque specs on the Honda XR100?

Can not dig this one up on the internet. Everything I have found simply says "Check owners manual for proper torque specifications".

I would check with my local Honda shop mechanic or see if your buddy at the parts counter can find it for you if you don't know any of the guys in the shop.
