How do you get a Godsword in RuneScape?

You must get all 3 godsWord shards and a hilt from the God Wars Dungeon bosses. The bosses are General Graardor, Kree'arra, K'ril Tsutsaroth, and Commander Zilyana. 80 Smithing is required to smith all the shards together, once you do that you'll have a GodsWord Blade, You use that on the hilt and you'll have a godsWord, You also need 75 Attack to wield it. OR if you have enough money you could buy one already made off the Grand Exchange.
