Is it ok to refrigerate beer more than once?

As long as the beer is in a sealed container (e.g. can or bottle), it won't be affected from changes in temperature from 40-70°F. If you want it to drink it cold, make sure to refrigerate it before opening, because refrigerating a warm beer at standard pressure will lead to a flat beverage.
