What would you like to do differently next year as appraisee?

Next year, I would like to take a more proactive approach in seeking feedback throughout the appraisal period, rather than waiting for formal reviews. I plan to set specific, measurable goals and regularly assess my progress to ensure alignment with team objectives. Additionally, I aim to engage more with my colleagues for collaborative projects to enhance my skills and broaden my perspective.
