The "Adam's Apple" is the bony protruberance of the larynx in a male human. To the best of my knowledge, the same protruberance on a dog's larynx is not called the "Adam's Apple" regardless of gender. However, both a male and a female dog do have the protruberance, as do both male and female humans - it just tends to be less pronounced in females of both species.
