1. Remove wiper arms and blades.

2. Remove cowling between hood and windshield. Make sure that you find and remove all the screws before you try to lift the cowling off. You may need to raise and lower the hood a little to get the cowling out.

3. Loosen the four bolts that connect the two wiper transmission arms to the wiper motor, then remove each arm. Remember to mark the position of each arm, this will affect the position of the wipers on the windshield.

4. Unplug the wiper motor electrical connector.

5. Loosen and remove the mounting bolts of the motor, then you should be able to remove the motor.

6. Install new motor in original position, use the same bolts and tighten. Then reconnect the electrical connector.

7. Connect the transmission arms one at a time to the motor, remember to put them in the marked positions. Don't tighten the bolts to tight.

8. Before re-installing the cowling, temperately install the wipers to make sure you have the correct alignment.

9. Once the transmission arms are installed and aligned it is time to put the cowling back on. Use the same method with the hood to get it back in position.

10. It never hurts to replace the wiper blades with this repair.

GOOD LUCK
