Anyone know of an artist named Ed Blouin from Louisiana that painted a picture of the Heritage House?

I have a signed, original Ed Blouin painting from his gallery that was located at 905 Decatur ST. in New Orleans. The painting is of a rustic cabin. There is beautiful detail everywhere! There is no date anywhere, however, both my parents were from Louisiana and I was born in 1961 and remember always seeing it hanging in my grandparents home.
