You have two choices...

(1) Swap the SIM card (assuming they both take the same size card) - and copy the data to the new phone's memory.

(2) Connect the OLD phone to a computer, copy the relevant data to the computer, connect the NEW phone to the computer and transfer the data to the new phone.
