Light pink spotting 3 days before period is due could this be a sign of pregnancy?

I am also having the same symptoms. Please some one answer

I've had the same thing the past 2 months and don't recall ever having it before. I also had the worst period of my life last month. Went to gyn today for my yearly I told her what was going on. After the exam she's having me come back in for a sonogram of my uterus. She said I have a tilted uterus and couldn't get a good enough feel, and since I'm having this new stuff going on, she wants to rule out fibroids or polyps.

If you had your normal period afterward, then I don't think it would would be a sign of pregnancy. If you haven't then I'd get a pregnancy test. I know it's not the case for me bc my hubby had a vasectomy. Good luck :)
