What are the rules for breaking ties in Texas Hold'em poker?

In Texas Hold'em Poker, ties are broken based on the highest ranking hand. If two players have the same hand, the tie is broken by comparing the next highest card in each player's hand. If all five cards are the same, the pot is split evenly between the tied players.
