Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Beedrill, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Bellsprout, Weepinbell, Victreebell, Tentacool, Tentacruel, Farfetch'd, Krabby, Kingler, Lickitung, Tangele, Scyther, Pinsir, and Mew.

In Pokemon Yellow, Kabutops, Diglett, and Dugtrio can also learn Cut.
