What is a baby deliverer's proper name in a hospital?

An obstetrician, usually a gynecologist as well. Together this can be called an ObGyn: someone who specializes in delivering babies as well as helping the mother before and after the delivery, watching the unborn baby's development, and offereing advice on how to remain healthy during pregnancy.
