  • Wet Hands
  • Apply Soap
  • Rub hands together for at least 20 seconds, don't forget under your nails
  • Rinse hands under warm water and get those germs off
  • Dry hands to remove most of the moisture
  • Dry hands 2nd time to make sure hands are fully dry, touching surfaces with moist hands encourages germs to spread from the surface to you hands
  • Turn off taps with paper towel where applicable, don't touch tap directly with hands.
  • Apply sanitiser.
