How do you get Ditto in Pokemon Sapphire?

Trade from Emerald/FireRed/LeafGreen. Ditto is not found in Sapphire go to fortree city when you find a wild absol teach it blizard go back to the grass and use a max repel the only Pokemon you will find is a ditto
