Service users have many rights.

They have the right to get the best treatment possible

The right not to be discriminated against on the grounds of race, culture, disability, gender, sexual orientation, social class, hair colour, etc.

The right for free treatment with the NHS

The right to see their medical records and to have their records kept confidential

The right not to be forced into doing anything they dont want to do
