no the blood orchid doesn't exist its just from a movie if you believe that if you eat that flower you'll live young forever? Oh grow up!

The last answer was a bit uninformed and childish. The blood Orchid does exist but the medicinal use is greatly exaggerated by the movie. Many plants have been found that have incredible properties for cancer research and old age issues. None to extend life. Yet! we destroy so many species of plant that may have the answers to many of our decease's. The human condition and greed causes us to suffer.
