Do Sims on The Sims Castaways ever have children?

Yes they can have children but it takes along time. You have to get their relationships good. And they have to get married.

For me it took about took a few tries to have kids. the girl stays pregnant for about 2-3 sim days. don't forget to get diaper changer. oh and to have kids i think you have to be on free play ( i have PC version)
