Does bloodlines have Rose and Dimitri in it?

It mentions them and there's a short scene where Rose is just standing there. Dimitri is mentioned once. in one sentence in the book. It was really great though! you did still have some of the old gang and you weren't introduced to many NEW characters. I've heard that the 2nd one had Dimitri so it also probably has Rose.
