Where do you get skull ripper helm in Dragon Fable?

go to cyseros shop and buy it you will need dragon coins. however the grand guardian helm would be a better choice.This guy that say but it wrong cause the grand guardian helm can be found in other places if you are lucky you may have it in the well quest and check out my ID:122. you need amulet to fight me a level 40 dragonlord with the helm.

Even you hack your account you wont be able to use it.1 more thing dont forget my name The spikerer.you need a powerful weapon cause I am going to use my mighty shadowreaper of doom.Ha Ha!! warning if you have the grand guardian helm you need to be a guardian to wear it.{from the quest}.
