You just took down micro braids one day and are getting a perm the next. If you want to get streaks also on the day of the perm is that o.k or does your hair need to rest?

Your hair will need a rest, you should not put any colour in your hair for about 6 weeks after your perm as it causes too much stress, you should not even be perming your hair one day after you have taken out the braids. Im sure it tells you in the pack not to maniputlate your 72 hours proir to relaxing... Hope this helps. Mrs Ahmed
