Most first time mums feel this moving at about 16-20 weeks, although second time mums could feel this earlier as they know what signs to look for. Usually by the time your whole stomach moves you are in the later stages of pregnancy and it can be quite fascinating to watch as the baby turns over and you can see the bum in the air.
