Where is the oil drain plug on a 2006 fxdli harley Davidson?

Under the center of the motor about were the oil cap is located there is a black housing with small fins on it. There are two 5/8 hex head plugs with 1/4 inch Allen holes in the center of them. One is in about the center next to the right side of the bike up in a recessed hole going straight up, this is the transmission plug. Looking from the kickstand side of the bike towards the back of that housing in the side of it is the engine oil drain, you can't see it from the other side but it's the same kind of plug. The primary chain housing drain is just to the outside of the engine drain (toward the kickstand) going straight up and down in the bottom of the side cover below the big round access cover, and it also is the same plug as the rest.
