The best way is to go to a jewelry store such as Kay Jewelers or Rogers Jewelers with a good reputation of jewelry sales. Tell this you need to know your ring size. They have something that looks like a key chain with every ring size on it and they will fit your finger. If you have a ring that is too small or too big they can usually adjust the size for you. Rings that are cheap (like at Walmart or Target) may have various sizes and it is hard to tell what your actual ring size is.
