How do you sell animals on Farmville 2?

In Farmville 2, you can sell animals by visiting your farm and selecting the animal you want to sell. Tap on the animal, and you'll see an option to sell it, usually represented by a dollar sign icon. Confirm the sale, and the animal will be removed from your farm, providing you with coins in return.
