What if you ask a guy if he likes you and he says no but he still texts you every once in awhile even if he knows you like him?

Ok, this is so my question to answer. I really like this guy, and I told him. but he doesn't like me he actually likes my best friend. me and him text all the time. Chances are, he likes you a little bit, but A. He's not the boyfriend type, B. Your not the girlfriend type(doubt that. lol) C. His friend don't like you, or D.He likes you SO much he doesn't want to embaress himself in front of you so he just tries to stay away from you.
