How did Victorians make ice cream?

I don't think there is a specific answer to your question. But being Italian myself I do know that it was definitely made by an Italian. I'm sorry I cant be of any more help! Also there ins't a specific time period that any one know of when it was created so don't assume is was a Victorian. Hope I helped :)
