Sausages go well with red wines that have have a bit more tannin and body than most other wines for pork meals. Normally you would avoid wines with high tannins with pork dishes, as tannin clashes with the high fat in pork meats. However sausages, especially properly prepared rather than store-bought, are usually not as fatty as most other pork dishes.
For a red wine, I recommend trying an Australian Shiraz or a Zinfandel with your pork sausages.
If you prefer white wines with pork meals, a nice Chablis compliments the sausages surprisingly well.
