How do you get the prize with all the vacation mementos in The Sims 2 Bon Voyage?

You have to buy the glass shelf that hangs on a wall under Buy Mode. It should be under decorations and then shelves.

Then you have to arrange the vacation mementos a specific way on that shelf (from your backpack) to achieve one of the special prizes.
