Who Owns GNC?

As of my last update in October 2023, GNC Holdings, Inc. is owned by a private equity firm called Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holding Co., Ltd., which acquired GNC in a deal that was finalized in 2020. Harbin Pharmaceutical is a major player in the health and nutrition sector, particularly in China. GNC continues to operate its retail stores and online business under this ownership, focusing on dietary supplements and wellness products.
