How can you make an umbrella?

materials: waterproof ripstop nylon, extra large petticoat hoop, medium size petticoat hoop, 1" dowel, three feet long, 1 carpet tack

cut the nylon into a circle bigger than the extra large hoop

sew the nylon to the hoop

sew the medium hoop to the center of the circle

carpet tack the end of the dowel to the center of the umbrella.
