Simple: To stay healthy, strong and to live a long, happy life. Follow a good work out routine (at least 1 hour per week/6 days per week) with a super healthy diet filled with lot of fresh fruits, veggies and whole grains. Regular exercise causes the human body to produce what are called, "endorphins." Endorphins were proven in science to better ones mood and decrease stress.
