You have a 1995 Pontiac sunfire and all your dashboard lights are staying on and the light will flash on and off for the lights Also your wipers running fast only go slow Any ideas what the problem is?

I think you have two non related problems here.

If the light that's blinking on the dash, is that little

light bulb icon thingy, it means that you have a daytime

running light burned out. The fix to this is obvious.

As to your wiper motor running at only one speed, it

probably means that your wiper motor is damaged.

I'm not sure if the speed controller is something

you can get at or not, but I doubt it. You probably

need to replace the motor. I'd check junk yards first.
