At that age, your growth plates should be open, so your long bones (eg femur and tibia in the legs) should grow when they are stimulated to do so by human growth hormone (hgh). Exercises that make your body produce higher amounts of hgh include weight lifting, swimming, sprinting. Other ingredients for bone growth are proteins, vitamin D and calcium. The growth plates around your knees will stay open until around the age of 18-21, depending on your genetics, gender, exercise and nutrition. Those in your spine will remain open a little while longer.
You stop growing when you're about 18, give or take a couple of years. You can try to eat good stuff, and don't force yourself to grow taller. Hey, I'm only 14 and I'm already 5 foot 9. And don't get worried if you don't grow for a while, you'll probably have a growth spurt soon. OMG you have nothing to worry i am 14 nearly 15 andi am 4ft 11 !
