I don't know who that person is but I am sorry for their rudeness. Redheads are gorgeous and you should definetely show it off! You don't need to wear a hood, what kind of person would say that?! Well I think a good idea is something purple, it will be accented by your hair. I think possibly a purple witch or fairy. If you can find a purple faity like short dress, I know they sell sparkly silver leggings at stores like Forever 21 and Target that would probably be very cute with that.
