What is the aim of the game operation?

The aim of the game "Operation" is to successfully remove various ailments from a cartoonish patient, named Cavity Sam, using a pair of tweezers without touching the edges of the openings. Players must carefully extract items like "funny bone" and "bread basket" to earn points, while avoiding a buzzer that sounds if the tweezers touch the edge, which also causes Cavity Sam's nose to light up. The player with the highest score at the end wins the game.
