What kind of prom dress is better to wear long or short?

Well, it's really up to you. And the type of school you go to. Lots of times, private or Catholic schools don't like the girls showing up in short revealing dresses. But basically it is your choice. If you like a shorter dress, wear one. If you are more comfortable with a long one, then wear that.
