Is it bad to have Jehovah as a name?

Martin Luther delivered a sermon in which he said, "The name Jehovah, Lord, belongs exclusively to the true God." For many religious people Jehovah is God's true name. For them, naming a mere mortal Jehovah would be blasphemous.
