Unfortunately, you can't make a boy like you. If you could, the world would be a much better place and no one would be left with a broken heart. What you could do, is try and talk to the boy you like, become their friend. If they don't like your personality, chances are you won't like theirs either, and you might be put off them. If you really like a boy, tell them how you feel and this might cause them to have feelings for you. As long as you're not obsessive and your not asking them out all the time.
