Does eber and wein publishing truly offer a free poetry contest?

Eber & Wein Publishing does indeed offer a free contest. There is no requirement to pay to enter or to pay to win. They do offer you the option purchase a book with your poem in it, but its not required to win. I actually called them and found out many of their winners have never bought anything. I'd say it can't hurt to at least enter if it's free.
