How do you replace vacuum belt on hoover runabout?

To replace the vacuum belt on a Hoover Runabout, first unplug the vacuum and lay it on its side. Remove the bottom plate by unscrewing any screws, then take out the old belt. Install the new belt by looping it around the motor shaft and the brush roll, ensuring it's properly aligned. Finally, reattach the bottom plate, secure it with screws, and plug the vacuum back in to test it.
