Can you paralyse a guy with nut squeezing?

It would not paralyse him anywhere other than the nuts or that area. No other part of the body could be harmed, and even so, it probably won't paralyse him at all. It would more likely crush the nuts are just hurt him badly, depending on the squeeze.
