Can you use weed and feed in your flower beds?

I wouldn't be using it in a vegetable garden. Usually these products are formulated to feed lawns, which have entirely different nutritional needs to vegetables. Also the products are toxic to broad-leaved plants and so will not be good for most of what is grown in a vegetable patch. In addition, some of the poisons used are ones I would prefer not to be in or near foods I have to eat.
