How do you replace wall paper with paint in a mobil home?

Use any quality interior wall paint such as Benjamin Moore's Regal Wall Satin. But not until you have primed those walls! Use Kilz oil primer for walls that have shiny wallpaper on them. If the wallpaper has a flat look, then it would be okay to go to Wal Mart for some Kilz II water base primer.
