What does necromancer mean?

A horrible man that raises undead and controls their body and spirits for their own evil purposes. Ever heard the saying rest in peace? They defy that. They also mindlessly kill for no reason. Which is why the Paladins exist. Solely to help the human race and stop those monstrous Necromancers.
