Can you copy music from Xbox to a flash drive?

yes it is possible. if you have an mp3 player which plugs into a usb port you can go to the media screen (the purple screen on the xbox dashboard) and it should say "import music from device" or something like that Also!!-please regard that the songs will come up as track 1, track, 2 and so forth. there will be no song names and you will have to rename each again. Edit-again-this might not work with some mp3s so you might want to go into the program you use to get songs onto your mp3 and make a bunch of cd's because i have personally done that and it works.
