What is the difference between hatchet and cry in the wild?

Hatchet is a book and Cry in the Wild is the movie based on the book. Hollywood has changed some of the facts of the movie. In Cry of the Wild Brian gets attacked by a bear and a raccoon, in the book he only sees the bear and gets attacked by a moose and a skunk.
